It's not easy juggling your passion and life. You can definitely feel overwhelmed and want to take a break. Life is a priority so if 1 was to be put on the back burner it would definitely be your passion. However, working diligently to grow it and build a following, then stop. It's tough! Because the truth is. You'll have to start over, not from where you left off but the beginning, again.
My goal is to grow engagement here. So we can share our thoughts on music, life and help build a true community.
This journey of music for me has always been a love of the music, the process, creativity and community. The entire time.

I have music that may not fit a certain project or may not have hooks or 2nd verses but just sound right. They have a dope beginning, middle and end. A tough beat and just sound like a finished thought.
Antisocial fit that description. While working on the beat I kept having this feeling. A freeing feeling. I didnt know why just yet but. It felt like I needed to let something go. So I lit some sage and just finished making the beat. Funny enough what im rhyming on in the beat wasn't the focal point of the beat. The intro and outro was. Then I went and finished chopping and stem separating the sample and then I heard it. The feeling of being lied to, the feelong of having to stick to an algorithms mercy for views. Having to leave all your work and passion to be striped by artificial intelligence. Let me say that slowly... artificial not real intelligence or human intelligence a made up one. This isn't an AI rant. However, this is about freeing yourself from other's control over yoir expression, creativity and voice.
Antisocial is me saying. Why do I need your acceptance off who I know myself to be? Why do I need to go viral to be seen? Those who want to see, hear and pay attention to what I do... will. I struggle with schedule my post and fighting with the algorithms because I'd rather speak to you, directly. Not the blank spaces of social media. I don'thate social media. I just rather be social with those who want to be social. Let's chop it up.
